【エジプトに住んでます・愛媛出身】

『ユニークマインドナビゲーター』として活動しています。

愛媛で英語科教員として10年以上勤務した後、
環境の変化や人間関係の中で心身のバランスを崩し、

大好きな故郷を離れるという決断をしました。

東京で民間企業に転身し、
フィリピン、マレーシア、キプロスなど
複数の国で働き、暮らしてきました。
思うようにいかないことや、
突然立場を失う経験も重ねています。

現在はエジプト・ニューカイロを拠点に活動しています。

順調に見える選択の裏で、
何度も迷い、立ち止まり、選び直してきました。

だからこそ、
「正解を教えること」よりも、
一人ひとりが自分の感覚を取り戻すプロセスに
丁寧に寄り添いたいと考えています。

その人自身のストーリーが立ち上がる場をつくる。
それが、私のファシリテーションです。
